IT Frames S.r.l.

Formed in 2003 by a group of artisan companies centered in the Bologna area – wood working, polishing and lacquering, metal carpentry, upholstery and lighting – that decided to establish a company driven by the idea of creating the necessary synergies to compete in the international market.
The core business of IT Frames is the design, manufacturing and installation of customized furniture, lighting systems and furnishing accessories for high end retail, company headquarters, and structures from the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.


IT Frames (Shanghai) Co. Ltd

Located in the Nanhui district, an industrial area filled with big Chinese and international capital investments, IT Frames (Shanghai) Co. Ltd is the manufacturing site conceived for the Chinese and oriental markets. It occupies an area of 11,000 square meters, 8.000 of which are used for wood working, lacquering and polishing.
The remaining 3,000 square meters are for offices and a large show room, designed and built by our own staff as an example of the excellence of the Italian design.


ITF International (Shanghai) Co. Ltd

Created as a commercial branch to convey the excellence of Italian craftsmanship in the production of furniture and lighting systems. Nowadays, ITF International (Shanghai) Co. Ltd focuses on offering design services, turnkey solutions and specialized services, managed by experts in each area who get involved in the company reality, analyzing its problems from the inside to find the most adequate solution.


ITF International Inc.

Located in the United States, ITF International Inc. brings into the American market furnishing solutions manufactured by IT Frames Group, integrating them with a full range of pre and post sales services.




ITF Service S.r.l.

Created with the spirit of solving challenging problems in the construction industry, ITF Service guarantees a customer oriented service.
Building on the earlier experiences of the Group in retail, residential and large scale construction, ITF Service operates on an international scale with the same standards of quality.
