Giovanni Romagnoli

Giovanni Romagnoli

With consolidated mechanical experience together with an innate passion for woodworking, in 1983 he established an artisan joinery, member of the register of artistic companies, which undertakes restoring and maintenance.
Soon, the activity broadened to the production of custom made furniture commissioned by architects and design studios.

With the expansion of the global economy, and motivated by the determination of not being constrained by the local market and limited to a niche activity, he accepted the challenges of the internationalization process and, in 2003, he co-founded IT Frames, with Vincenzo Ursino and Federico Montanari.
Vincenzo Ursino

Vincenzo Ursino

Group C.E.O.
A passionate basketball enthusiast, he started working early without abandoning his architecture studies.
At first he worked as a furniture designer, and then in the role of project manager in several furniture companies.
He enjoyed his working experience in New York and, in 1999, he embarked on his managerial career, first for Gucci and then for Ermenegildo Zegna.

In 2003 he co-founded IT Frames. He is affiliated with the Economic Department of the University of Perugia and holds seminars at the MIEX, Master in International Management, at the University of Bologna.
Federico Montanari

Federico Montanari

Executive Director
He joined in 2003 as a founding member of IT Frames. After his studies, he started working at an artisan firm in Bologna specializing in custom made furniture, particularly for high end jewellers, such us Cartier, B&M, Rolex-Brusco, Montblanc.
Thanks to the presence of an internal joinery, he deepened his understanding of materials and of furniture complements and accessories.

Tight collaboration with the technical department, with suppliers and third parties, consolidated his technical background which is nowadays at the disposal of all the Group’s companies around the world.
Vanessa Romagna

Vanessa Romagna

Group C.O.O.
After completing her architecture degree she started her professional career as a freelancer, collaborating with several architecture studios, following projects of restructuring, architectural planning and furniture design.

Within IT Frames Group she started off as head of the technical department and is now the technical manager of the entire Group, coordinating the technical offices in Bologna, Milan and Shanghai.

Her analytical skills with regards to project logistics, her ability to manage work teams in different countries and of liaising with customers and suppliers at an international level, were rewarded in 2009 when she became a shareholder of IT Frames Spa.

Daniele Borri

Member of IT Frames Group
He started the challenge of entrepreneurship in 2005 in the metal carpentry partner of IT Frames, after having holded different roles inside companies of the metal sector until becaming manager.

Renata Gazzola

Executive Assistant
She starts her challenge in IT Frames at the end of 2008.

Before starting in IT Frames as Personal Assistant to the C.E.O., she made a similar experience for 13 years within a Legal Office of Milan.
Sabrina Melidoni

Sabrina Melidoni

Group Strategy & Development Manager.
Born in Buenos Aires. After acquiring useful experience in international relations, she began working in IT Frames Group as a Business Development Manager.

Thanks to her international business perspective, her democratic approach to leadership and her ability to reach concrete goals in the short and medium term with significant results in terms of increased turnover and improved profitability, she is nowadays responsible of the Strategy and Development for the whole Group.
Chiara Zappaterra

Chiara Zappaterra

Group Strategy & Development Manager.
Having acquired experience as a consultant in corporate training with a specialization in intercultural topics, she was infected with “China mania” and in 2004 moved to Shanghai, where she did consulting for the internationalization of companies.

This is where she met IT Frames Group. She started in the role of General Manager of ITF International Shanghai Co. Ltd., and was later nominated Far East Managing Director.

She follows the start up and development of the activities of the Group in China and in the Far East.
Laura Prandin

Laura Prandin

Group Human Resource Manager
Responsible for the definition of the group’s HR policies, for ensuring the development of the HR policies and of the operational programs (personnel recruitment, training and compensation) in all the subsidiaries and countries where the Group is present.

She gathers all workforce proposals from the subsidiaries and verifies the quality of the local management.

She has always worked within the HR field, gaining significant experience in HR consultancy firms – at first she was responsible for coordinating personnel activities, and later, for managing and overseeing several branches.
Grete Hansen

Grete Kjellerup Hansen

Group Communication Manager
Together with the Board of Directors, she defines the Group communication strategy and action plan, managing the quantitative and qualitative phases in the competitive context, and coordinating the above and below the line communication using both traditional and new media.

She has collaborated with IT Frames Group since 2007, prior to which she had similar experiences in multinational companies in the fashion and pharmaceutical fields.
Paola Gardosi

Paola Gardosi

Group C.A.O.
She started working for IT Frames a few months after the company was set-up.
She is in charge of the management and efficient operation of the IT Frames Group office assistants.

Prior to working for IT Frames Paola had worked for architecture studios and for a lighting company.
